Yoga for Adults
 
These Hatha yoga classes are designed for both beginner and advanced adult students.  These classes will focus on:  safety, proper alignment, asanas (poses), breathing techniques, as well as meditation, relaxation and integration.  My classes give the beginning student the opportunity to learn the proper techniques and the advanced student the opportunity to refine their poses.  Through these classes, all students can increase their awareness while taking their practice to a deeper level.



Private and group yoga classes are available.
